The Sales & Client Success Strategy team is a high-performance team chartered with supporting Sales & Client Success organisation to accelerate revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experience. We do this by using a data-driven perspective to identify, lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, improve efficiency and drive operational scale whilst acting as trusted advisors to our senior Sales and Client Success leaders.

We are seeking a Manager to join our growing Sales & Client Success Strategy team. The Sales Strategy Manager partners with Sales Leadership, HR and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to accelerate client base, revenue growth and efficiency. Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of strategists that are focused on optimizing Sales processes.
  • Drive in-market strategies to help client and revenue growth by partnering with stakeholders and x-functional teams
  • Advocate for organizational efficiency by recommending innovative sales structures, workflow design, and testing new ways of incentivizing our salesforce.
  • Support business initiatives by drawing insights from our data, by scoping, designing and executing market/segment specific insights and analyses
  • Understanding your business stakeholders’ objectives, metrics that are most important to them and how to measure performance
  • Ability to create complex models relating to business change, productivity and compensation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans

Who You Are

  • +5 years of work experience in sales analysis, strategic planning and / or consulting
  • Familiarity of synthesizing output using programming languages, especially for data manipulation e.g. SQL, Python, R, JavaScript etc.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and how they are used to organize customer information
  • Project management skills and experience with process evaluation and design (lean principles)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dublin 98,000 - 142,000 EUR per year
